I feel very fortunate to be able to eat wheat or flour or whatever it is that causes people Celiac disease, and I have not had much experience with eating or cooking gluten free. However, after spending some time with friends who suffer from Celiac disease, I thought I should add some gluten free recipes to the repertoire.
