The South Will Rise

The South Will Rise is a celebration of Southern baking and eating.  The goal here is to collect, document and share Southern baking, traditional and new.  The South is both a geographical region and a state of being.  We plan to map it all, in words and pictures, stories, recipes and memoir.  We welcome advice, suggestions and participation.  If you are, like us, obsessed with Southern cookery and foodways, we want to hear from you!
